Purchased at juicies.com
We guarantee all items sold by juicies.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience. After 30 days, Juicies cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

To return an item:
    1.    Contact us to receive a RMA number.
    2.    Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
    3.    Include the RMA number, original packing slip and your reason for return.
    4.    Address package to: Juicies Inc, Attention: Returns, 4348 Waialae Ave #255, Honolulu, HI 96816, USA
    5.    Ship via carrier of your choice (sorry we don't pay for that).
    6.    Send your order number and tracking number to returns@juicies.com

Purchased at other retail locations
Please return the item to the same retail location where you bought it along with the original receipt and packaging if possible. If they are not accepting a return, please contact us here.

Please include the following info:
    1.    A short description of why you want to return the item.
    2.    YOUR name and contact info.
    3.    The name and contact info of the place where you made your purchase.
    4.    The total price you paid including taxes.
    5.    The date you made your purchase.
    6.    A digital copy of your original receipt.

Juicies warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. Please see our warranty for further details.
